Account - Manage MFA Factors
This article explains how to manage and update your Microsoft account security information and MFA contact methods to ensure secure access to Clark University resources.
Pre-requisites
- ITS strongly recommends using the Microsoft Authenticator app as the primary factor/contact method for your Clark account. This app can be added to multiple devices, such as smart phones or tablets. For security purposes, do not add the Microsoft Authenticator app to shared devices.
